Pow Wow in Washington DC – September 2002

Inaugural Pow Wow for the National Museum of the American Indian.

In September, 2002 and I used my Kodak DC290 digital camera to take images of the Pow Wow. I want to share them with you, my readers.

Pow Wow in Washington DC

The museum was yet to be built, and was finished in 2004. Below is a photo of the finished Museum. One interesting property is that there are no right-angles, only curves. It is part of the Smithsonian Institution and has it own website.

When in Washington DC, please visit the Museum and start with the multi-media performance on the third floor.
