Great Photography Exhibition in Beacon NY
Come one, come all to the Opening of "Focus on Photographers"
I wanted to let you know that from January 13 to February 25, the Howland Cultural Center in Beacon, New York, will host a photo show titled “Focus on Photography.”
We have internationally renowned photojournalists William Snyder and David Burnett. We also have several local photographers: Sandra Belitza-Vazquez, Tony Cenicola, Pierce Johnston, William A. Loeb, and Jane Soodalter.
During the Opening Ceremony, the artists will be on hand, and Messers Snyder and Burnett will give talks on “Moments in Photography” and “The Butterflies Never Go Away,” respectively.
If you live in New York City, Beacon is a 70-minute train ride. Beacon has a lively downtown and is home to DIA, noted for its giant sculptures and installations.
Below is the poster we created for the event. I hope to see you on Saturday, January 13, from 1 to 5 pm.
